Heath Retreat Farm gets its name from the Heath family, who were the original land owners. The land has seen a lot of life and many purposes over the past several decades. Since they lived here, it has been home to many different animals, including horses, goats, llamas, cattle, chickens, and ducks. It's been a retreat place for llama rides up the mountain, and it has previously been an animal sanctuary. This is the first operating market garden farm for Heath Retreat, and our goal is to provide the local community with nutrient-dense fruits & veggies of the season.
